Hi friends. Are you heading to the Sheboygan area and looking for something to do? Maybe you live here but need some suggestions on how to spend the day. In case you need a little help, we’ve come up with a list of Fun Things to do in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

Swimming – Picnic on the Beach
There are a lot of swimming areas to enjoy in Sheboygan. To see a list of where they are, take a look at this article. Other fun ideas of things to do the article suggests are:

Escape Sheboygan
If you are looking for something to do with a group of people, Escape Sheboygan is a good pick. Last year I went to my first escape room in Florida and it was a lot of fun. I wasn’t very good at solving the clues but it was still a good time. Make sure to call and make a reservation for the day and time you are interested in going.
South Pier Parlor
This ice-cream shop is always busy in the summer. It’s definitely a place you will want to check out. Friendly staff and delicious ice-cream and fudge. The South Pier Parlor is only open during certain seasons so check their hours to make sure they are open.
Mini Golf
After you enjoy some ice-cream, work it off with a game of mini golf. Enjoy the outdoor course or if it’s raining, putt your way through an 18-hole course set in a completely glow-in-the-dark atmosphere!

Sheboygan Food Trucks
Gather at Vollrath Park on Mondays, 4- 8pm to enjoy one of the many food trucks with delicious food.

Most people sit on the grass to eat but you can bring a blanket or folding chairs to be more comfortable.
The Food Trucks typically start-up in May, weather dependent. The majority of the trucks are there starting up in June and running through October (again, weather dependent).
Board and Brush
My husband surprised me with a board and brush class for one of our anniversaries and it was a blast. If you are looking for something fun to do, this is a great place. We made a few signs for our house which turned out super cute. Visit their website and book one of their upcoming classes.
Grab a Coffee
Weather Center
The Weather Center is a favorite of ours. This is a great place to get a coffee or smoothie and enjoy the lake views!! There is eating outside and a board walk to enjoy.
Paradigm Coffee and Music
Another nice coffee shop in Sheboygan is Paradigm. If you are shopping downtown, this is a great spot to make a stop. It’s a really nice environment with a lot of seating. Once in awhile there are shows that perform here too. Check their website for more information.
Farmers Market
The Summer Market will run June 1st – October 29th, every Wednesday and Saturday, from 8am-1pm, Fountain Park, 8th Street, and Erie Ave in Sheboygan.
The winter market is at the First Congregational Church U.C.C.

1st and 3rd Saturdays, November – May, 8am – 1pm
Pick up fresh flowers or some delicious produce. Many vendors with awesome products to choose from.
Evergreen Park
Evergreen park is near the Quarry in Sheboygan. It’s a great place to take a drive, bring a picnic, walk a trail or if you are looking for something to do in December, it has a light show that is amazing!!
Stephanie Weil Center
This is a great place to watch a movie, listen to a concert or watch a musical. We did all three over the last year. To get an idea of what is at the Weil Center, take a look at these:

If you are traveling, visit the website and watch what is coming to get tickets. If you live in the area, I think this is a great date night idea.
Visit a Museum
Another fun activity to do in Sheboygan is visit a museum. There are five listed below. I have visited the first three and enjoyed them all. Make sure you check the days and times they are open. The Sheboygan Railroad Museum is only open on Tuesdays.

Bowling – In Sheboygan

Comedy Club – In Sheboygan Falls
When’s the last time you were bowling? Visit Sheboygan’s bowling center or try Sheboygan Fall’s Odyssey Center. Both are a lot of fun. I am suggesting Odyssey center because they also have a comedy club that starts in the fall and goes throughout winter. I’ve been there a few times and it’s a great night out. Sheboygan Falls is about 15 minutes from Sheboygan which isn’t to long of a drive for great entertainment. If you decide to go to the comedy club, make sure you arrive early and get a table.
A great way to spend a Thursday night is to listen to free, live music at the Levitt. Food trucks will also be available for those who want to have dinner here. Check their website for the lineup.
Most concerts in the series happen Thursday evenings on the City Green with the grounds opening at 5:30 p.m. and music starting at 6:00 p.m., but there are a few exceptions. See the line up for details.
Watch a Movie
Marcus Theatres always has a great selection of movies and plenty of food to eat. Check out the menu options at the theatre you choose to go to.
Thursday – Student pay $7.50 with valid student ID.
Friday – Senior matinees $6.00 for anyone age 60 and over for any show that starts before 5:30 PM
Early bird – See any movie for only $6 before 11 a.m. at participating Early Bird locations!
Segway Tours
I haven’t done this yet but I see them all over Sheboygan when I take a walk. Looks like fun and a fast way to get around. Make a reservation ahead of time. The tour will take you next to Lake Michigan and pass the marina, various shipwrecks, and the John Michael Kohler Arts Center.
