EASTER IDEAS FOR YOUR FAMILY

Hi everyone!! So, can you believe Easter is only a couple days away? If you are struggling with what your going to do, I’ve come up with some fun Easter ideas for your family to celebrate the holiday.

1. Since you are never to old to color eggs, get creative and dress them up with either sprinkles, glitter, markers or any other loose material you have around your house.

2. Since the weather is getting nicer, get your family outside and decorate your yard with cute, Easter decorations.

In addition to your yard looking great, you will be spending quality time with your family.

3. Whether it’s in your backyard, inside your house or at the park, Easter egg hunts are a blast for kids and adults. If you don’t have kids, Easter egg hunts can still be fun for couples. Get some plastic eggs and fill them with little gifts for your special person, such as chocolate eggs or a pack of gum. Make handmade coupons for a special treat you will fulfill for them. Pick from either a back rub or good for a night of being in charge of the TV remote.

4. Who doesn’t love a delicious assortment of candy? This year for Easter surprise your family with their favorite treats. Put all the candy in a basket and hide it in a spot they won’t guess.

5. If you don’t want to hide an Easter basket another idea is making your own Easter candy or cakes. Find homemade chocolate candy or chocolate covered peanut butter recipes.

This is a sure way to get your family smiling.

6. Gather around the table and spend some time by either putting puzzles together or playing games. A fun DIY Easter game you can make is BINGO. Instead of numbers use Easter words to fill in the squares and also have some Easter themed prizes to give away for winners.

7. If you want to get out of the house on Easter, check your local newspaper for any activities going on during the holiday. Some getaway ideas could be either craft shows, breakfast with the Easter Bunny or check out movies playing.

8. In addition to Easter activities, get out the markers, paint or Crayola’s and see how your art skills are. See which talents you have by coloring or painting and make it a tradition your family does yearly.

9. Another Easter idea is to set the table and have a delicious Easter lunch or dinner. Getting the family together and enjoying family time is another fun way to spend this holiday.

10. Finally, make sure you visit the Easter Bunny because Easter is not complete without doing this one thing.
