Life can be stressful.  There’s so many factors that play a part in how our day goes.  When things go our way, life is easy and there’s really nothing more we need to do other than smile and say, “life is good.”  Now on the other hand, when something throws us off, it can turn our life upside down and make us wonder, how am I going to get through this?
